import and search replace list

hello.
I want to ask you about the filter import and search/ replace list
There is a text file (filelist.txt)
The file has the contents of the form

When downloading the file into textpipe creates a list of filters
which are filled with search strings. Replacement strings are empty in this case.How to fill in the file correctly when loaded into textpipe - the contents of this file was in the search field and in the replace field? Or replace field can be filled only by hand?

The import list has to be csv (default, or .csv), tab delimited (.tab) or excel (.xls)
