Will ExcelPipe work to search and replace the File name in previously published items under Publish as Web Page?

Where are the previously published items saved on disk?

I'm not sure I understand your question. We have about 100 excel files that are set up with a print area that is then set up to publish as a web page (htm). All of these files have a path to a file share. We are looking for a way to do a find and replace on this path so that we can update it to the new file share. I've attached a screen shot of the file name area I am referring to.

ExcelPipe does not currently address this location. Are you sure it is saved in the documents, and not in the registry?
