Right click on a filter in my filter list - odd UI behaviour

Start with the Ribbon minimised.

When you right click a filter in My filter list (e.g. you might wish to delete it), the Context Ribbon suddenly appears!

Tried again, and the context options were different this time.

It's very odd and spurious behaviour for the UI. None of these Context Ribbon options are relevant here!
They'd only be relevant while editing a text item within a particular filter.

To be frank, this whole Ribbon behaviour has not been very well implemented at all.
I find it more and more frustrating compared to TextPipe before version 10.
