Output filter - increase field width for Change extension to

The output filter has a tickbox and text field for Change extension to

Some users like to be very verbose when specifying an output file extension, especially when the output file is an analysis of the input.

There's really no excuse for the text edit field to be so narrow. Please increase its width asap.

Some of my filters have extensions such as .words.count.txt - Others might be even longer.

Don't forget to make the same improvement to the filter for secondary output.
