Code page filter - odd UI behaviour!

With the Ribbon minimised, I inserted a Code Page filter.

This has drop down controls labeled Convert FROM and Convert TO.

Clicking on either of these dropdown controls made the Ribbon appear suddenly.

This was unexpected and is undesirably odd behavior!

I occurs but once. It doesn't do it again after the Ribbon has been minimised.

Wouldn't be surprised if other filters were found to have a similar issue.

Minimising the ribbon is not recommended, and we don't feel this component was fully tested before being released be Embercadero.
