We currently have TextPipe Pro 9.1 installed on our servers and are seeing an issue with the Excel to Text conversion filter when running on XLSX files. With XLS files the process works perfectly. On the servers we have Excel 2007 installed and based on another thread I saw we have now also installed the 2007 compatibility pack, but we still see the issue.
The problem with XLSX files is that we end up with a whole selection of outputs: .csv, [Content_Types].csv, app.csv, core.csv, etc.
When I look in the log file I can see the below error:
.rels MS Excel Reports Error:Microsoft Office Excel cannot access the file 'C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Temp\.rels'. There are several possible reasons:
• The file name or path does not exist.
• The file is being used by another program.
• The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook

Is there any additional changes I need to make to get XLSX files to convert correctly?

Re: Issue with Excel to Text Conversion
Hi there,
Just uncheck the Input Filter option 'Process inside DOCX, XLSX, PPTX' files.
