Really? "a single customer issue" ? That's simply unbelievable!!!!!
Not a single other installed program has the same problem, and there are numerous.
I have a Dell Inspiron 10 7610 64-bit laptop PC with Windows 11 Home Edition, pre-installed when delivered in late December 2021.
I've kept it fully up to date with Windows Update, so now it's Version 22H2 installed 2022-09-28.
TextPipe Standard 12 x64 Single User Edition is installed.
On my old Windows 7 Toshiba Satellite, even thought it too is a 64-bit system, I continued to use the 32-bit version of TextPipe.
I vaguely recall that there was a very subtle reason why I never changed to the 64-bit version of TextPipe on that machine.
I never encountered this accessibility problem on that, nor on any earlier PCs.
What am I to do?
This must be an issue with TextPipe, even if you have not yet determined the root cause.
The lack of spacing between branches in the Filter Library (e.g.) cannot be due to the Windows Settings: Text Size or Scale
Even though changing those settings did have some effect on text size or overall appearance, it had no effect on that spacing.
On my Windows 7 PC, there's a space equivalent to uppercase text height between adjacent branches.
On my Windows 11 PC, the spacing is zero! Look carefully at the screenshot I provided some time ago.
What possible system setting could have this effect within the application?
e.g. Does TextPipe use a font that I don't have installed for whatever reason?
Please re-open the issue!
What further information do you need from me for the investigation?
