"remove blank lines from file.fll"

I don't know the meaning of the comment in the filter of "remove blank lines from file.fll" in the "publishing" subfilter.
Spaces at the beginning of the line are discarded in centering the line, and no trailing spaces appear at the end of lines.
Maybe it's irrelevant to the current filter. :oops:
