Remove/Copy/Move tab fields filter cannot be added

Remove/Copy/Move tab fields filter cannot be added

Workaround - download this filter file:

http://ww.crystalsoftware.com.au/textpi ... fields.zip

and use File Menu\Insert to add the desired filter when required.

This will be fixed in the next release.
