remove lines according to the column value

I am using TextPipe pro 6.5 version

How to remove lines according to Column 11 ~ 20’s value not in a list from file

Use a restrict to columns 11-20, inside this use a restrict to matching lines filter (using the list file), then mark each line with a special value such as by using an Add Left Margin with text of '###'.

Then, outside the filter, you can remove or keep all lines containing '###' before finally removing the '###' themselves with a search replace.
