Some of the items appear to be very old and may be considerably out of date.
e.g. "8-Mar-2005: We have a bug report lodged with ActiveState for their scripting engine"
This doesn't figure well for confidence building, being 6 years old.

There are much earlier dates mentioned against other downloads.

Some of the downloads may need clarification with regard to which version of Windows they are needed for.
i.e. Since the release of Windows 7.
