need help to convert EBCDIC to ASCII (csv or xls)

I need help to convert some EBCDIC files to ASCII (in csv or preferably xls format). I've tried setting up the filters the best I can, and I've also tried the "mainframe copybook wizard", but the file only converts some of the data. I need some expert help or some one with experience to give me a hand. A reference to a consultant is welcome too. I will hire help if needed.
