Filter list ribbon

Hi Simon,

Unlike the context menu, the Filter list ribbon lacks options for Move up/down (at same level).

Being so accustomed to using the context menu for most things, I rarely use this ribbon, but having noticed these omissions last week,
I thought it would be useful to bring to your attention.
