Domain extracting filter

I'm still a bit new to this, and I'm sure this should be simple. I just need to extract all domains (some are part of email addresses, some are just 'domain.com') but I can't get the pattern right. Could anyone help me please?

Try something like

([0-9a-z_\-]{1,}\.){1,}([0-9a-z_\-]{1,})
