HTML replace

Hi all. I'm tring your software. I want to replace a string like this
<h3>Configurazione</h3>
with a string like this one
{mospagebreak title=Configurazione&heading=Configurazione}
i need to do it in several files.
How can i do it?

Use Filters\Replace\Find EasyPattern

Search for:
<h3>[ capture(1+chars) ]</h3>

Replace with:
{mospagebreak title=$1&heading=$1}
