Replace character with EOL ...

Hi, please can anybody help me with this problem ...

I have file with this format : (example)

Adam/teacher/23#Joseph/clerk/24#Peter/reader/27 ... no end of line format !

I need replace all "#" with "end of line" special character ....

Please help me ... Very thanks ...
