Apps Not functional on iOS

The app is unusable. The screen is scrambled after login. Please see attached screen shots.

I have already tried deleting and re-installing the app several times. The problem persists. I have rebooted the phone. The problem persists.

I am using a 64GB iPhone 6 running iOS 9.3.1 with 32GB of free space available.

Hi Khurt,

This is due to a problem with Basal Modelling turned on with a Basal Rate.

If you turn off the Basal Modelling under Settings\Insulin\Advanced\Model Basal, then it will work normally.

You can access this setting via the website, and when the app logs in it will pull down the new setting and work fine.
